Unfocused is how I felt as a young child—stuck between strict school and home life. Always peering out the school windows and daydreaming during class. Fantasizing about running through the woods, jumping streams, and finding creatures that live among the ferns and mushrooms.
This artwork I created with those emotions running from corner to corner and the splatter of excitement reminiscing about breaking out and then running through the woods free to explore. An expressive piece about youth and wander in a rigorous life.
